CfBTES offers advice to young people and adults in a variety of areas. We offer services that range from career counseling to finding the right course in order to improve job prospects. In addition, we support NGOs that guide and assist young people in various areas. We do so by enabling these NGOs to deliver effective programmes for individuals who require formal schooling.

CfBTES also focuses on preschools and emphasizes the importance of a developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool children. We advise pre-schools on the measures they need to take to attain international quality standards. CfBTES provides training, guidance and support to maintain these standards and to implement good preschool practices through the Programme for Excellence in Preschool Practice (PEPP).

CfBT Education Services conducted PEP (Pratham English programe) for volunteer teachers in Pratham to enhance their English Language proficiency. This programme resulted in the development of an English module for children who were previously proficient only in Telugu and/or Urdu.
