The Consultancy and Projects Department
The C and P Department comprises 5 fulltime staff and 15 contract staff under the direction of Dr Indira. The main aspect of this consultancy work is supporting governance and social accountability with a particular focus on engaging the community as a lever for improving service delivery.

The School Development Services Department
The SDS Department comprises six staff under the guidance of Dr PN Prasad. The Department has four main services – Quality audit, training programmes, Early Childhood Education Services and accreditation of programmes by the University of Cambridge International Examinations. Delivery of these services is made to chains of schools and to individual customers.

The English Department
Besides providing inputs into English language consultancy projects, the English Department focuses primarily on the delivery of the CfBT developed JobSmart programme. The objective of this programme is to provide a mix of career enhancing soft skills and English language to graduate students. The programme is delivered by 2 fulltime staff and 20 short term contracted staff who are located on site.

Charities Department
CfBT staff worldwide have been supporting the provision of scholarships for 200 students to attend their Grade 8 to 10 classes. CfBT is also providing support for the establishment and maintenance of nine libraries in rural Andhra Pradesh.

Education Resource Centre (ERC)
The Education Resource Centre (ERC) located at our office is a pool of facilities and resources for teachers and school managers to encourage lifelong learning and continuous professional development. There are around 1600 books and CDs related to teacher training, English language development, leadership and managerial skills.
