Learners are at the heart of everything that we do. Though we work primarily with practitioners to enable the all round development of young learners, we often take up direct teaching assignments on request.

The Centre for Social Initiative and Management (CSIM) is a Hyderabad-based NGO that works to support introduce social entrepreneurship in their organizations. Education specialists from CfBTES have conducted sessions to enhance parental involvement in schools. We are currently working with CSIM in the areas of community participation and development.

To involve the parent community in the activities of schools, CfBT Education Services organises parent orientation programmes in the respective schools. With the help of eminent educationists, psychologists, and psychiatrists CfBT creates awareness of developmental milestones in children, advises and guides parents on good practices in bringing up children.

Programmes on study skills and life skills are conducted for students in schools. A simple guide on study skills ‘TRUSTED TIPS FOR TOUGH EXAMS’ was published and distributed to about 15,000 students free of cost. These pocket-sized booklets were distributed to the students after a 30 minutes interaction by CfBT staff explaining the contents of the booklet.

On request we have conducted ELPs in some high-end schools to enhance students’ proficiency in English.
