Our innovative training programmes have been effective in educating staff at all levels, including support staff, teachers and managers. Our programmes enable personal development of staff and solid foundations for educational establishments to provide learners with the best possible opportunities.

Most of our training is centred on supporting teachers and managers by providing them with continuing professional development opportunities and equipping them with the skills and tools required to help them meet the demands of managing an education institution.

Agency for Development and Employment of Professional Teachers (ADEPT) is an independent wing of CfBTES.

The ELP aims at training teachers to teach English effectively using innovative teaching techniques and teaching aids. Teachers who have attended our ELP sessions have found them to be very useful.

The MDP is aimed at enabling the management of schools to enhance their leadership and managerial skills. It also aims at enabling them to deal effectively with challenging administrative and academic situations they are likely to encounter in their day-to-day functioning.

TTPs ensure continuing professional growth and development for teachers in schools. During these programmes, teachers are introduced to innovative yet practical methods of teaching, which can be implemented in the classroom. This programme focuses on assisting teachers to apply child-centred education in their respective schools.
